As a general rule, we do not accept returns for any products, except products with quality problems or brand new unused products. But please remember that the return of a brand new product without quality issue will be charged as a restocking fee and customers themselves are responsible for the return shipping fee. Exchanges can be applied if there is a damage problem.
For a successful return or an exchange, you may have to follow the below procedures:
1.All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of receipt. You also need to send photos (defective products) to our customer service email: email@example.com to verify and confrim.
2.Once the quality problem is preliminarily confirmed by our customer service team via photos/videos from you, you can apply for a return/an exchange.
3.Write down the authorization number given by us on a paper inside the package to indicate which order it belongs to and pack the item.
4.After we get your package, we will arrange the corresponding solution (exchange or refund) as your request.
Kindly note: After we receive the returned product, rigorous physical inspection and destruction procedures need to be implemented. So it may take another 2-3 business days to process the refund or reship a new item.
